Wisp’s considering CASF funding need to comply with CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) rules. CEQA rules come into play if a WISP is proposing the addition of towers higher than 50feet for wireless equipment. In particular, look at the Proponent’s Environmental Assessment (PEA) checklist at:
